Scheduling Appointments
We provide both same day and scheduled appointments for our patients.
- Please call 360-736-0771 to make an appointment
- If you are registered, you may use the patient web portal to request appointments for more than 1 week away.
Emergencies - For a life-threatening emergency dial 911 immediately.
Should an urgent need arise after our normal office hours, you can call 360-736-0771 and push 0 to be connected to our answering service who will then page the on-call provider.
We do not accept any new chronic pain management patients.
Insurance
We are currently contracted with most health plans, we are always negotiating contracts for our patients, so please contact our billing office for the most current information.
